초록 (국문)
이 연구의 목적은 북한이탈대학생의 대학생활적응력 향상을 지원하는 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 작업으로서 북한이탈대학생의 대학생할적응에 필요한 교육요구를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 북한이탈대학생의 대학생활 지원 실무 경험 또는 북한이탈대학생 관련 연구 경험이 풍부한 전문가 15명으로 구성된 델파이패널을 구성하여 4회차의 조사를 실시하여 교육요구를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 북한이탈대학생의 대학생활적응에 필요한 교육요구는 대학생활 이해, 전공 기반 진로개발, 남한사회 이해 기반 적응 기술, 대학생으로서의 마인드, 대학생으로서 갖추어야 하는 기초역량(한국사, 영어, 컴퓨터활용 등), 대학생으로서 갖추어야 하는 학업역량 등으로 영역이 구분되었다. 둘째, 북한이탈대학생의 교육요구에 대한 중요도, 교육요구도, 교육요구의 우선순위를 분석한 결과 최소 두 가지 이상의 준거에서 우선순위가 높은 교육요구들을 반영하여 교육프로그램(안)을 제시하였다. 끝으로 이 연구는 전통적인 대학(4년제, 전문대학)에서의 경험을 바탕으로 교육요구를 분석하였기 때문에 평생학습사회의 도래와 함께 변화하고 있는 고등교육생태계에서 연구결과를 일반화하는데 한계가 있다.
Abstract (English) This study aims to analyze the educational needs of North Korean defector college students (NK students) to adapt to college as a basic step in order to develop educational programs that support to improve college life adaptability of North Korean defectors.. To achieve this purpose, a Delphi panel composed of 15 experts with practical experience in supporting NK students' university life or research experience related to NK students was formed and the survey was conducted four rounds. As a result, firstly, the educational needs of NK students are related to understanding college life, career development based on majors, adaptation skills based on understanding South Korean society, mind as a college student, and basic competencies (Korean history, English, computer skill, etc.), and the academic competency that university students must have. Secondly, the educational program(draft) was presented by reflecting the high-priority education needs in at least two criteria(criteria: importance, degree of needs, and priority). Lastly, this study has limitations in generalizing the research results in the higher education ecosystem, which is changing with the advent of the lifelong learning society, because it analyzed the educational needs based on the experience at a traditional university (four-year system, junior college).
