초록 (국문)
본 연구에서는 한국에 거주하는 탈북청년을 대상으로 불안정 성인 애착이 심리적 안녕에 미치는 영향에서 정서지능과 대인관계능력이 이중 매개효과를 지니는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 19~35세 탈북청년을 대상으로 성인애착, 정서지능, 대인관계능력, 심리적 안녕감을 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료 중 분석 가능한 122명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석은 SPSS 21.0와 SPSS Process macro를 사용하여 기술통계, 상관관계분석 및 매개효과 검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안정 성인애착, 정서지능, 대인관계 능력, 심리적 안녕감 간 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 불안정 성인애착은 정서지능, 대인관계 능력, 심리적 안녕감과 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 정서지능, 대인관계 능력은 불안정 성인애착과 심리적 안녕감을 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인해 탈북청년의 불안정 애착 수준이 높을수록 정서지능과 대인관계 능력 수준이 낮음으로 인해 심리적 안녕감에 부정적인 영향을 줄 가능성을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 탈북청년의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키기 위해 정서지능과 대인관계능력을 고려해야 함을 논의함하고, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.
Abstract (English) This study sought to verify emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence have a serial mediating effect in the influence of insecure adult attachment on psychological well-being in North Korean youth defectors living in South Korea. For the purpose, youth defectors aged between 19-35 years were surveyed for adult attachment, emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, psychological well-being, and the data of 122 participants were analyzed. For analysis, SPSS 21.0, and SPSS Process macro was used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, mediating effect analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, insecure adult attachment, emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, psychological well-being were significant correlations. Insecure adult attachment were negatively correlates with emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, psychological well-being. Second, insecure adult attachment serially mediated psychological well-being through emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence. It means that the higher level of insecure attachment of youth defectors, the lower level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence, which could negatively affect psychological well-being. Based on these findings, it was discussed the implication of improving psychological well-being of youth defectors by consideriing emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence and also discussed the significance and limitations of this study.
