초록 (국문)
본 연구는 김정은 체제의 ‘여성영웅’ 정치를 분석한 것이다. 김정은 체제가 ‘여성영웅’ 정치를 펼치고 있는 배경은 여성의 의식변화와 사회문화적 이완, 경제적 위기, 여성의 지위 상승과 역할 강화 등에 따라 각 분야의 여성모델들을 통해 강성국가건설에서 여성의 참여를 유인하기 위해서다. 여성영웅의 유형은 모성영웅과 미풍을 실천한 영웅, 당정책 관철을 위해 공로를 세운 전문직과 애국자 영웅, 국위선양과 사회통합에 공헌한 체육인과 예술인 영웅, 김정은에 충성을 바친 영웅이다. 이를 통해 발견한 김정은 체제 ‘여성영웅’ 정치의 특징은 전문직 여성의 역할을 강조하고 있으며, 성별분업체계와 성별직급분리 현상이 나타나고 있고, 여성영웅의 수가 남성영웅에 비해 절대적으로 적다는 점이다. 앞으로 북한은 체제 강화를 위한 것만이 아닌 북한 주민 전체의 성장을 위한 영웅정치를 추진해야 한다. 김정은 체제의 여성영웅 정치의 특징을 밝힌 본 연구는 집권 10년을 맞아 국가전략 중 여성정책 및 담론의 지속과 변화를 점검했다는 의미를 지닌다.
Abstract (English) This study analyzes the politics of “female hero” in the Kim Jong-un regime. The background of the Kim Jong-un regime's women's hero politics is to induce women's participation in building a strong and prosperous nation through women's models in each field in response to changes in women's consciousness, social and cultural relaxation, economic crises, and the rise of women's status and strengthening roles. to do The types of female heroes are maternal heroes and heroes who practiced the breeze, professional and patriot heroes who made contributions to the implementation of Party policies, athletes and artists who contributed to the promotion of national prestige and social cohesion, and heroes who were loyal to Kim Jong-un. The characteristics of the Kim Jong-un regime’s ‘female hero’ politics discovered through this are that it emphasizes the role of professional women, there is a gender division system and gender hierarchy, and the number of female heroes is absolutely smaller than that of male heroes. In the future, North Korea should promote heroism for the growth of the entire North Korean people, not just for strengthening the system. This study, which reveals the characteristics of the politics of women heroes of the Kim Jong-un regime, has the meaning of examining the continuation and change of women's policies and discourses in the national strategy for the 10th year in power.
